It is true that our offering can be a bit more expensive than some of our competitors. We are not trying to compete against big players or competitors stocking cheap products from overseas.
Our goal and mission is to serve a passionate community of dog lovers, and giving back to the community is a key value for us.
This is why we are doing all our business right here in America. All our products are designed, processed, printed and shipped from California.
We know it implies higher costs, for both our community and us. But we believe it is the right thing to do.
As much as we'd love to, we are facing a reality where it is unfortunately not the case. Some are, but not all.
All our Mugs and Apparel are 100% made in USA.
Other products may use non USA made raw material, but they are all processed manually in USA.
For example, our pillows are manually cut and sewn here in California.
And all our products are designed, processed, printed and shipped right here in America.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
Of course you can. ProudlyPaw uses a secure hosting and shopping cart platform (Shopify) in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
In addition, payment information are not stored by ProudlyPaw, and are securely handled by our respective payment partners (PayPal and Shopify Stripe).
Because we are based in the US, all orders are processed in USD at the time of payment.
For international customers, although the payment is processed in USD, it will automatically be converted, based on the current exchange rate. Your corresponding statement (PayPal or CC) will show the final price based on your local currency.
Notice that for your convenience, you have the option (located on the header top right) to change the default currency display on our store.
Current available currencies are : USD, CAD, GBP, AUD and EUR.
All our products are made to order and processed from our California facilities. Our average fulfillment time is about 3 to 5 business days to process your order.
Once your order is processed and fulfilled (see previous question), it is shipped based on the Shipping method you have selected at Checkout.
Depending on your location (domestic or Intl), and Shipping method, it can take from 3-5 business days, up to 10-20 business days for Intl.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and are based on product(s) in your Cart, shipping method selected and your location.
Yes, we do ship Internationally.
Notice that, at the moment, Intl Shipping is only available in the following zones : Canada - Europe* (only Major Countries) - Australia/New Zealand.

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs and/or other fees, depending on destination country. The fees may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
ProudlyPaw does not take responsibility for any possible fees.
If something comes broken, misprinted or is the wrong item, we'll be happy to replace it, provided you contact us within a week of receiving the product. Returns are not granted if you've changed your mind after purchase and want a refund.

We do offer customization. You can choose the design you like and have it personalized with your own dog. Notice that we only propose same type of designs currently available at ProudlyPaw.
